Useful online resources

There are any number of online resources available on the web for dog and pet owners – we came across this one recently: MyPetNeedsThat – which claims to offer the World’s best products, equipment and advice for pets, all in one place. You can search by topic eg Health, Grooming, Accessories and Supplies, Home Supplies, Food, Breeds and Training. You can also search by breed topic eg ‘Top 10 Hypoallergenic dogs”, “Best dog breeds for kids” and allegedly, “6 dumbest dog breeds”. Having said that, we’ve met a few incredibly smart dogs from this dumb list, and a few that are renowned for being great with kids that haven’t been well socialised or introduced to children, so it’s a useful guide but guarantees are not included.

We’re also great fans of RAW dog food – but the articles on this section only address ‘make your own’. Hopefully, they’ll add to these in the near future. There are several great RAW brands, already pre-mixed which makes life a lot easier for dog guardians (although a little more expensive) which can be delivered direct to your door, and are very good for pets – such as Benyfit Natural, which we use ourselves.

We also liked that this website promote special offers and coupons – we love a bargain, as long as it’s good for our pets too.
